Most hard seltzers at your local bottle-o are brewed cheaply (using similar techniques to beer) and are often artificially flavoured and sweetened. Kiso uses high quality vodka, made from WA grown barley and is full of flavour, using naturally derived flavours and sweeteners. Our delicate carbonation and clean, crisp flavours make Kiso Chuhi a super sessionable choice!

Canned chuhi is one of the most popular alcoholic beverages in Japan and is a rapidly growing category across the world. Chuhi's namesake, the Shochu Highball, was traditionally served in Japan's Izakayas - a mixed drink combining a distilled Japanese spirit called Shochu, sparkling water and fruits. The modern canned versions are wildly popular and sold in every convenience store across Japan- light, crisp, fruit flavoured sparkling beverages with either shochu or vodka used as the base alcohol.
